De esta forma, si una vez reclamado al director de su oficina no se resuelve la situaci\u00f3n, puede dirigir un escrito a este servicio, que, en el plazo de dos meses, debe darle una respuesta.<\/p><p>Puede reclamar contra cualquier actuaci\u00f3n de su banco que le perjudique (demores o falta de atenci\u00f3n, cobro de comisiones o intereses no recogidos en el contrato, falta de informaci\u00f3n en la contrataci\u00f3n de productos, venta de productos que no haya solicitado, etc .).<\/p><p>Puede consultar las direcciones de los servicios de atenci\u00f3n al cliente de cada entidad (as\u00ed como el reglamento de estos servicios) en la p\u00e1gina web del Banco de Espa\u00f1a (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bde.e\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.bde.e<\/a>s), apartado \u201cPortal del Cliente Bancario\u201d; Quejas y Reclamaciones)).<\/p><p>Si el Servicio de Atenci\u00f3n al Cliente le deniega la reclamaci\u00f3n (o no contesta en dos meses), deber\u00e1 acudir al Servicio del Banco de Espa\u00f1a si su reclamaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 relacionada con un producto bancario (cuentas corrientes, dep\u00f3sitos, pr\u00e9stamos, hipotecas, etc.).<\/p><p>Para otras reclamaciones, tenga en cuenta:<\/p><ul><li>Si su reclamaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 relacionada con un producto o servicio de inversi\u00f3n (accidentes, bonos, fondos de inversi\u00f3n, etc.), debe acudir a la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Mercado de Valores.<\/li><li>Y en la Direcci\u00f3n General de Seguros para reclamaciones sobre seguros o planes de
