class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El IVA soportado en otros pa\u00edses de la UE no puede incorporarse como un mayor IVA soportado en las declaraciones peri\u00f3dicas presentadas en Espa\u00f1a, ya que \u00e9stas s\u00f3lo incluyen el impuesto devengado en Espa\u00f1a. Sin embargo, este IVA no se pierde: puede recuperarse con las mismas condiciones que si se hubiera soportado en Espa\u00f1a.<\/p><p>Por lo general, el plazo para solicitar la devoluci\u00f3n finaliza el 30 de septiembre del a\u00f1o siguiente. Y muchas empresas piensan que deben esperar a esa fecha para efectuar la solicitud, cuando esto no es as\u00ed:<\/p><ul><li>Tambi\u00e9n puede presentar la solicitud al final de cada trimestre, siempre que el importe solicitado supere el m\u00ednimo \u2013por pa\u00eds\u2013 de 400 euros.<\/li><li>Si su empresa no llega a este m\u00ednimo, tendr\u00e1 que esperar hasta superarlo, o bien hasta final de a\u00f1o (en este caso el importe m\u00ednimo de devoluci\u00f3n es de 50 euros).<\/li><\/ul><p>La recuperaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 condicionada a que este IVA, de haber sido soportado en Espa\u00f1a, tambi\u00e9n hubiera resultado deducible.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-339a4c2d elementor-widget
