class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Al confeccionar el IRPF de 2023, los empresarios en estimaci\u00f3n directa que facturan menos de diez millones de euros anuales pueden aplicar los incentivos previstos en el Impuesto sobre Sociedades para las empresas de reducida dimensi\u00f3n.<\/p><p>De este modo, como ocurre con estas sociedades, si un empresario en estimaci\u00f3n directa del IRPF adquiere activos nuevos y paralelamente aumenta la plantilla media de trabajadores, puede acogerse al incentivo de la libertad de amortizaci\u00f3n al hora de amortizar estos activos.<\/p><p>La cuant\u00eda que puede beneficiarse de la libertad de amortizaci\u00f3n es la que resulte de multiplicar el incremento de la plantilla media de trabajadores por 120.000 euros.<\/p><p>Sin embargo, para maximizar el ahorro fiscal obtenido, es conveniente actuar con cautela y seguir el consejo de profesionales especializados en la materia.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-339a4c2d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"339a4c2d\" adquiri\u00f3 alg\u00fan activo nuevo para su actividad y ha aumentado la plantilla de trabajadores, cons\u00faltenos.
