class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Los gastos impagados no ser\u00e1n deducibles si a la fecha de cierre del ejercicio (normalmente el 31 de diciembre) todav\u00eda no han transcurrido seis meses desde su vencimiento. Y aunque los ajustes fiscales derivados de esta norma son sencillos, su seguimiento futuro es algo m\u00e1s complicado. Por ejemplo:<\/p><ul><li>Si hay ingresos por recobros y el anterior deterioro era deducible (porque a finales de a\u00f1o ya hab\u00edan pasado seis meses), estos ingresos tributar\u00e1n. Por otra parte, si el deterioro previo no era fiscalmente deducible, no tributar\u00e1n.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Si no existen recobros, las cantidades que no fueron deducibles en un ejercicio (porque no hab\u00edan transcurrido seis meses) ya ser\u00e1n deducibles al cierre del nuevo ejercicio (porque ya habr\u00e1 transcurrido ese plazo).<\/li><\/ul><p>Todo ello requiere realizar un seguimiento de la antig\u00fcedad de cada uno de los impagados (y no s\u00f3lo a efectos de posibles reclamaciones judiciales, sino tambi\u00e9n a efectos fiscales). No obstante, y con respecto a estos efectos fiscales, el seguimiento puede simplificarse: para calcular los ajustes no contables de cada a\u00f1o, basta con anular los ajustes del a\u00f1o anterior (o el saldo acumulado de los ajustes por impagados realizados en ejercicios anteriores) y realizar uno nuevo seg\u00fan los impagados que queden y su antig\u00fcedad en la fecha de cierre (como si fuera
