tardar\u00e1 en recuperar el IVA soportado por ellas, puede ser conveniente que se acoja al R\u00e9gimen de Devoluci\u00f3n Mensual (REDEME). As\u00ed podr\u00e1 solicitar la devoluci\u00f3n mensual del IVA a su favor, sin tener que esperar a final de a\u00f1o.<\/p><p>Para poder aplicar este r\u00e9gimen en 2024 deber\u00eda haberlo solicitado el pasado mes de noviembre. No obstante, tambi\u00e9n puede optar durante el a\u00f1o, siempre que lo haga en los plazos de presentaci\u00f3n de las liquidaciones de IVA.<\/p><p>En este caso, la inscripci\u00f3n al REDEME tendr\u00e1 efectos a partir del d\u00eda siguiente de la finalizaci\u00f3n del per\u00edodo al que se refiera esta liquidaci\u00f3n. Por ejemplo:<\/p><ul><li>Si su empresa, que hasta ahora presentaba declaraciones trimestrales, presenta la solicitud el 15 de abril (dentro del plazo de declaraci\u00f3n del primer trimestre), la inscripci\u00f3n en el REDEME tendr\u00e1 efectos respecto a la declaraci\u00f3n mensual de abril.<\/li><li>En cambio, si presenta su solicitud el 25 de mayo, Hacienda la desestimar\u00e1 y archivar\u00e1 por no haberla presentado dentro de ninguna \u201cventana de solicitud\u201d (es decir, dentro de alguno de los plazos de liquidaci\u00f3n del IVA).<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-339a4c2d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"339a4c2d\"
