elementor-element-af49040 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"af49040\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El Banco de Espa\u00f1a (BdE) ofrece a las personas f\u00edsicas y jur\u00eddicas la posibilidad de reclamar cualquier acci\u00f3n bancaria no conforme a la normativa, realizada sin la debida diligencia o que vulnere sus derechos. Ahora bien, s\u00f3lo eval\u00faa cuestiones de car\u00e1cter bancario; todo lo relacionado con productos del mercado de valores, protecci\u00f3n de datos, seguros o fondos de pensiones se remite a otros organismos. En el caso de consumidores, tampoco entra en la controversia sobre si una cl\u00e1usula es abusiva.<\/p><p>El proceso es gratuito y debe hacerse por escrito: en primer lugar, se presenta un escrito de reclamaci\u00f3n, adjuntando toda la documentaci\u00f3n necesaria y acreditando haber reclamado previamente, sin \u00e9xito, al Servicio de Atenci\u00f3n al Cliente del banco (requisito imprescindible ). Despu\u00e9s se traslada al banco para que \u00e9ste presente alegaciones y documentos, con copia a la otra parte (que puede pronunciarse si lo desea). El procedimiento finaliza con el asentimiento del banco, con el desistimiento de las partes o con un informe emitido en el plazo m\u00e1ximo de cuatro meses.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f03062a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f03062a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ventajas del servicio<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-57fd216 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"57fd216\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Un informe desfavorable puede afectar a la reputaci\u00f3n de la entidad bancaria y esto le empuja a aceptar las reclamaciones que hayan llegado a esta fase. Y si bien el informe no es vinculante, puede utilizarse en un procedimiento judicial si el banco no lo acata. Adem\u00e1s, el tr\u00e1mite es efectivo \u2013sobre todo para reclamar peque\u00f1as cantidades que no justifican acudir a juicio (por su alto coste)\u2013 y los plazos son m\u00e1s cortos. Tambi\u00e9n le permite acceder a informaci\u00f3n (sobre c\u00f3mo actu\u00f3 el banco internamente) que de otro modo no tendr\u00eda antes del juicio.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-37ca573 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"37ca573\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Reclamaciones m\u00e1s frecuentes<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a69dc65 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a69dc65\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Seg\u00fan el \u00faltimo informe publicado, las quejas m\u00e1s frecuentes son:<\/p><ul><li><em>Operaciones online.<\/em>\u00a0Solicitudes de reversi\u00f3n de operaciones realizadas por piratas inform\u00e1ticos, aunque son pocas las que terminan en un informe favorable al reclamante.<\/li><li><em>Comisiones<\/em>. Comisiones bancarias por servicios no solicitados o de cantidades excesivamente elevadas que var\u00edan con el tiempo sin previa explicaci\u00f3n. La letra peque\u00f1a de los contratos bancarios contiene complicadas f\u00f3rmulas matem\u00e1ticas para cobrar intereses que, si no se explican bien a la hora de contratar el producto, pueden
