a trav\u00e9s del Sistema RED, debe comunicar una serie de datos (fecha de inicio del contrato, tipo de contrato, datos de identificaci\u00f3n del empleado\u2026) . Uno de estos datos es el n\u00famero de afiliaci\u00f3n a la Seguridad Social (NAF), que deben tener todos los trabajadores.<\/p><p>Los empresarios est\u00e1n obligados a solicitar la afiliaci\u00f3n al sistema de la Seguridad Social de aquellos que, no estando afiliados, entren a su servicio. Es decir, si una persona no tiene NAF, la empresa que la contrata debe solicitarlo. A estos efectos:<\/p><ul><li>El NAF obtenido ser\u00e1 \u00fanico y general para todos los reg\u00edmenes de la Seguridad Social, aunque la persona, en raz\u00f3n de su actividad, cambie de un r\u00e9gimen a otro.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>El NAF debe solicitarse antes de que la persona empiece a trabajar. En caso contrario, el propio trabajador podr\u00e1 solicitarlo a la Direcci\u00f3n Provincial de la Tesorer\u00eda y Seguridad Social, comunicando el incumplimiento a la Inspecci\u00f3n de Trabajo.<\/li><\/ul><p>Si un empleado comienza a trabajar, pero la empresa no ha solicitado el NAF y, en consecuencia, no ha tramitado su alta (para tramitar el alta es necesario disponer del NAF), estar\u00e1 cometiendo una infracci\u00f3n grave y recibir\u00e1 una multa por parte de la Inspecci\u00f3n de, al menos, 3.750 euros.<\/p><p>Esta gesti\u00f3n es sencilla y puede realizarse desde el Sistema RED, accediendo al men\u00fa \u201cInscripci\u00f3n y Afiliaci\u00f3n Online\u201d.<\/p><p>Una vez la empresa haya solicitado la NAF del trabajador, y en el plazo de tres d\u00edas naturales inmediatamente posteriores a la obtenci\u00f3n, deber\u00e1 tramitar su alta en la Seguridad Social (se trata de una gesti\u00f3n distinta a la sol ci\u00f3n de la NAF). La fecha de alta no podr\u00e1 ser anterior a la fecha de asignaci\u00f3n del NAF ni posterior a esa fecha en m\u00e1s de tres d\u00edas. Si no se ha solicitado el alta dentro de este plazo, se eliminar\u00e1 el NAF del sistema de la Seguridad Social, de forma que, para dar de alta al trabajador, la empresa deber\u00e1 volver a realizar la gesti\u00f3n de la solicitud del NAF.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-339a4c2d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\"
