class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Si su empresa s\u00f3lo puede deducir una parte del IVA que soporta (es decir, si tributa en r\u00e9gimen de prorrata), es posible que en la \u00faltima declaraci\u00f3n de 2023 (la que se presentar\u00e1 en enero) es necesario realizar algunas regularizaciones:<\/p><ul><li>Dado que durante las declaraciones del ejercicio habr\u00e1 deducido provisionalmente el porcentaje de prorrata del ejercicio anterior, en la \u00faltima declaraci\u00f3n se tendr\u00e1n que regularizar las diferencias (calculando la prorrata definitiva en funci\u00f3n de las ventas reales del ejercicio) .<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Si aplica la prorrata general, tambi\u00e9n tendr\u00e1 que calcular qu\u00e9 suma se habr\u00eda deducido si hubiera aplicado la prorrata especial. Y si el IVA deducible con la prorrata general supera en m\u00e1s de un 10% la que se hubiera deducido con la prorrata especial, esta \u00faltima deber\u00e1 aplicarse obligatoriamente\u00a0<i>ya en este mismo ejercicio<\/i>.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Finalmente, en la \u00faltima declaraci\u00f3n del a\u00f1o tambi\u00e9n podr\u00eda verse en la obligaci\u00f3n de regularizar el IVA deducido por los bienes de inversi\u00f3n adquiridos en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. En concreto, debe realizar esta regularizaci\u00f3n cuando la prorrata del a\u00f1o que se cierra difiera en m\u00e1s de diez puntos de la del a\u00f1o en que se adquiri\u00f3 el activo.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-339a4c2d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"339a4c2d\"
