modalidad de trabajo a tiempo parcial, a personas que ya est\u00e1n jubiladas y que disfrutan de una pensi\u00f3n. Es lo que se conoce como &quot;jubilaci\u00f3n flexible&quot;. En estos casos, el d\u00eda en que el jubilado comienza a trabajar, la prestaci\u00f3n se reducir\u00e1 proporcionalmente.<\/p><p>En la jubilaci\u00f3n flexible, es el pensionista quien debe hacer la comunicaci\u00f3n a la entidad gestora de la pensi\u00f3n \u2013el empresario s\u00f3lo debe realizar el contrato correspondiente y cursar el alta en la Seguridad Social\u2013. Si el trabajador no realiza la comunicaci\u00f3n, no s\u00f3lo tendr\u00e1 que reembolsar la pensi\u00f3n indebidamente cobrada, sino que, adem\u00e1s, podr\u00eda ser sancionado con la p\u00e9rdida de tres meses de pensi\u00f3n por cometer una infracci\u00f3n grave.<\/p><p>Los tribunales excluyen esta sanci\u00f3n cuando, habiendo notificado la inscripci\u00f3n del trabajador a la Seguridad Social y abonando las cotizaciones, la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios puede considerarse insignificante o irrelevante (ya que son muy escasos rendimientos econ\u00f3micos). En este sentido, se ha considerado irrelevante, por ejemplo, la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios de 7,5% de la jornada laboral de un trabajador a tiempo completo comparable.<\/p><p>En general, el trabajo a tiempo parcial ser\u00e1 entre el 25 y el 50% de la jornada laboral, con la reducci\u00f3n proporcional de la pensi\u00f3n de jubilaci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, dentro de la modalidad de jubilaci\u00f3n flexible, recientemente los juzgados han validado la realizaci\u00f3n de trabajos a tiempo parcial en un porcentaje inferior al 25% de la jornada.<\/p><p>Las cotizaciones realizadas durante el per\u00edodo trabajado tendr\u00e1n efectos para la mejora de la pensi\u00f3n del jubilado una vez producido el cese del trabajo (a menos que ya estuviera cobrando la pensi\u00f3n m\u00e1xima aplicable).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-339a4c2d elementor-widget
