class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Los grupos de empresas formados por una sociedad dominante y otras participadas en\u00a0<i>m\u00e1s del 50% del capital<\/i>\u00a0(directa o indirectamente) pueden optar por el r\u00e9gimen del grupo de entidades del IVA en alguna de las siguientes modalidades:<\/p><ul><li><em>B\u00e1sica<\/em>. Cada mes las sociedades presentan sus declaraciones sin ingresar nada, y es la\u00a0<em>holding\u00a0<\/em>la que presenta la\u00a0<em>declaraci\u00f3n agregada<\/em>, compensando entre s\u00ed los resultados individuales y liquidando el neto resultante. De esta forma se compensan los saldos negativos que puedan tener algunas empresas sin necesidad de esperar su devoluci\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><em>Avanzada<\/em>. Es especialmente recomendable en los casos en que alguna de las empresas del grupo no pueda deducirse todo el IVA que soporta. En esta modalidad la liquidaci\u00f3n mensual tambi\u00e9n se determina a\u00f1adiendo saldos, pero cuando\u00a0<em>una empresa del grupo factura a otra<\/em>\u00a0por la parte del precio equivalente al margen de beneficio ya aquellos costes en los que no soporte IVA (gastos financieros, sueldos, etc.),\u00a0<em>no debe repercutir IVA<\/em>. As\u00ed, si la compradora no puede deducirse todo el IVA,\u00a0<em>tiene un coste menor en sus adquisiciones de bienes y servicios intragrupo<\/em>.<\/li><\/ul><p>La opci\u00f3n por este r\u00e9gimen debe ser acordada por los \u00f3rganos de administraci\u00f3n de las sociedades que quieran acogerse (es decir, puede haber dependientes que sigan tributando individualmente) y debe comunicarse a Hacienda (modelo 039)\u00a0<i>en el mes de diciembre del a\u00f1o anterior<\/i>\u00a0a aqu\u00e9l en que deba surtir efectos.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-339a4c2d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"339a4c2d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\"
