class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Hacienda suele poner muchas dificultades para deducir los gastos de los veh\u00edculos utilizados en una actividad econ\u00f3mica. Por lo general, para que estos gastos sean deducibles en el IRPF, es necesario que el veh\u00edculo se utilice exclusivamente en la actividad, lo que es muy dif\u00edcil de demostrar.<\/p><p>Sin embargo, en algunos casos la ley permite la deducci\u00f3n de los gastos de determinados veh\u00edculos aunque se utilicen de forma privada en d\u00edas u horas inh\u00e1biles. En concreto:<\/p><ul><li>Los veh\u00edculos de transporte de pasajeros mediante contraprestaci\u00f3n (taxis, los utilizados por empresas de alquiler de coches\u2026).<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Los veh\u00edculos de autoescuela y los utilizados por empresarios que act\u00faen como representantes o agentes comerciales.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Por \u00faltimo, los veh\u00edculos que, seg\u00fan su ficha t\u00e9cnica, tienen el car\u00e1cter de mixtos porque est\u00e1n destinados al transporte de mercanc\u00edas y personas. Es decir, coches para el transporte \u2013simult\u00e1neo o no\u2013 de mercanc\u00edas y personas (hasta un m\u00e1ximo de nueve), en los que mediante la adici\u00f3n de asientos es posible sustituir la carga, parcial o totalmente, por personas.<\/li><\/ul><p>En relaci\u00f3n con estos veh\u00edculos mixtos, Hacienda considera que deben utilizarse para el transporte de bienes adquiridos para la venta (que es lo que Hacienda considera como mercanc\u00eda). Sin embargo, algunos juzgados consideran que tambi\u00e9n tienen derecho a deducci\u00f3n los veh\u00edculos mixtos que transportan herramientas, \u00fatiles o materiales que deban transformarse o utilizarse en una obra. Por ejemplo, este derecho se reconoci\u00f3 a una furgoneta que estaba siendo utilizada por un profesional registrado en la actividad de instalaciones el\u00e9ctricas en
