class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El tipo de retenci\u00f3n aplicable en la n\u00f3mina de cada uno de sus trabajadores se calcula teniendo en cuenta los ingresos previstos dentro del a\u00f1o natural y las circunstancias familiares del perceptor.<\/p><p>Por tanto, si un trabajador abandona la empresa, debe recalcular el tipo de retenci\u00f3n seg\u00fan las cantidades definitivas sujetas al impuesto sobre la renta de las personas f\u00edsicas que acabe cobrando. En este sentido, Hacienda dispone de un programa de c\u00e1lculo online para determinar el tipo aplicable a la liquidaci\u00f3n (<a href=\"https:\/\/sede.agenciatributaria.gob.es\/\">https:\/\/sede.agenciatributaria.gob.es<\/a>):<\/p><ul><li>Por lo general, el nuevo tipo ser\u00e1 inferior al aplicado en las n\u00f3minas anteriores (ya que, a consecuencia del cese, el trabajador acabar\u00e1 cobrando menos de lo previsto inicialmente).<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Incluso puede ocurrir que las retenciones ya realizadas sean superiores a las que deber\u00edan haberse practicado seg\u00fan las retribuciones finales (esto suele ocurrir cuando el cese se produce durante los primeros meses del a\u00f1o). En tal caso, el tipo de retenci\u00f3n aplicable a la liquidaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 cero (no es posible aplicar un tipo de retenci\u00f3n negativo).<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Excepcionalmente, el tipo de retenci\u00f3n puede ser superior al calculado a principios de a\u00f1o. Concretamente, esto puede ocurrir si existe una indemnizaci\u00f3n por despido y es superior a los l\u00edmites m\u00e1ximos previstos en la normativa, o bien si supera los 180.000 euros.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-339a4c2d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"339a4c2d\"
