class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Si ha vendido alg\u00fan bien durante el a\u00f1o 2023 y ha obtenido una ganancia patrimonial, es posible que antes de final de a\u00f1o pueda hacer alguna venta con p\u00e9rdidas y reducir su tributaci\u00f3n por IRPF: estas p\u00e9rdidas se compensar\u00e1n con la ganancia y se ahorrar\u00e1 entre el 19 y el 28% del importe que pueda compensar.<\/p><p>Por ejemplo, si tiene acciones que cotizan en bolsa y su cotizaci\u00f3n actual es inferior a lo que pag\u00f3 por ellas, la venta se traducir\u00e1 en una p\u00e9rdida. Y esta p\u00e9rdida tiene el siguiente tratamiento fiscal:<\/p><ul><li>En primer lugar, podr\u00e1 compensarse con las ganancias obtenidas durante el ejercicio.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Si despu\u00e9s de la compensaci\u00f3n todav\u00eda existe un saldo negativo (porque las p\u00e9rdidas derivadas de la venta de las acciones son mayores que las ganancias de la venta de otros bienes), puede compensar este saldo negativo con ciertas rentas positivas de ahorro hasta el l\u00edmite del 25% de estas rentas positivas.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Y si despu\u00e9s de esta compensaci\u00f3n todav\u00eda hay saldo, puede compensar este saldo negativo en los cuatro a\u00f1os siguientes, en el mismo orden.<\/li><\/ul><p>Ahora bien, para que estas p\u00e9rdidas sean compensables en los t\u00e9rminos se\u00f1alados, no podr\u00e1 comprar acciones de la propia sociedad dentro de los dos meses anteriores o posteriores a la transmisi\u00f3n. Hacienda establece esta precauci\u00f3n para que no se realicen ventas artificiales con el \u00fanico fin de compensar las p\u00e9rdidas.<i>\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-339a4c2d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"339a4c2d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><em>Tambi\u00e9n es posible reducir la tributaci\u00f3n futura en caso de que tenga p\u00e9rdidas de a\u00f1os anteriores pendientes de compensar.
