class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Si es propietario de inmuebles, recuerde algunos tr\u00e1mites de inter\u00e9s relacionados con el Impuesto sobre Bienes Inmuebles. Algunos deben hacerse antes del 31 de diciembre para que tengan efectos en el IBI del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o:<\/p><ul><li><em>Domiciliaci\u00f3n<\/em>. Para evitar posibles recargos por pagar fuera de plazo, es aconsejable que domicilie este impuesto en la cuenta corriente. De esta forma, tambi\u00e9n se podr\u00e1 beneficiar del sistema de cobro fraccionado que establezca su ayuntamiento.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><em>Bonificaciones<\/em>. Revise las ordenanzas fiscales de su municipio y verifique si puede solicitar alguna bonificaci\u00f3n. Por ejemplo, los promotores inmobiliarios pueden solicitar, antes de iniciar una construcci\u00f3n, una bonificaci\u00f3n de entre el 50 y el 90% durante el plazo que duren las obras (que no podr\u00e1 exceder de tres a\u00f1os).<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><em>Divisi\u00f3n<\/em>. Si tiene un inmueble propiedad de varios titulares, puede solicitar al ayuntamiento la divisi\u00f3n del impuesto. As\u00ed, a cada propietario le llegar\u00e1 un recibo de IBI por parte del inmueble.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
