class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Algunas empresas esconden ingresos, pero luego resulta que necesitan esos mismos fondos para realizar pagos \u201coficiales\u201d, por lo que acaban contabilizando la entrada de dinero como si se tratara de un pr\u00e9stamo recibido, contra una cuenta de \u201cacreedores varios\u201d.<\/p><p>Esta pr\u00e1ctica es f\u00e1cilmente detectable por Hacienda. Por ejemplo, a partir de datos del sector, puede detectarse una desviaci\u00f3n en el margen bruto de ventas (por no haber declarado algunas de ellas y, en cambio, haber contabilizado los costes directos relacionados como gasto).<\/p><p>Por otra parte, la propia ley regula las consecuencias de esta forma de actuar. Si la Inspecci\u00f3n detecta que la contabilidad refleja una deuda inexistente, presumir\u00e1 que se trata de una renta no declarada, por lo que el inspector considerar\u00e1 que el ingreso corresponde al a\u00f1o m\u00e1s antiguo de entre los no prescritos y liquidar\u00e1 la cuota correspondiente, m\u00e1s las penalizaciones y los intereses correspondientes. El contribuyente s\u00f3lo podr\u00e1 evitar ese coste si puede demostrar que la renta corresponde a un a\u00f1o ya prescrito.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
