class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Los complementos salariales de puesto de trabajo compensan las condiciones particulares de un puesto de trabajo o la forma de desarrollar la actividad profesional. Por ejemplo, pueden retribuir la dificultad t\u00e9cnica o el grado de dedicaci\u00f3n, responsabilidad, dificultad, toxicidad o peligrosidad, e incluso cualquier caracter\u00edstica similar.<\/p><p>Estos complementos laborales deben ser reconocidos en el convenio colectivo aplicable y su percepci\u00f3n depende exclusivamente de la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios en un puesto de trabajo concreto. Por tanto, salvo que se acuerde lo contrario, no son consolidables para la persona (si un trabajador que cobra una bonificaci\u00f3n por peligrosidad cambia de cargo a la misma la empresa y la causa de ese peligro desaparece, ya no podr\u00e1 recibir el complemento). Sin embargo, si no cambia la posici\u00f3n ni sus circunstancias especiales, la empresa no puede eliminar unilateralmente estos complementos.<\/p><p>En concreto, los pluses por toxicidad, penosidad o peligrosidad son complementos salariales de puesto de trabajo que retribuyen al empleado por las condiciones especiales de su cargo o de sus tareas. Es decir, el pago del plus debe comportar siempre una compensaci\u00f3n por la actividad de personas concretas que, temporal o permanentemente, se vean obligadas a trabajar en condiciones significativamente peores o m\u00e1s nocivas que el resto.<\/p><p>Su abono debe reflejarse de forma independiente y precisa en las n\u00f3minas. Y, salvo que se establezca lo contrario en el convenio de aplicaci\u00f3n o en el contrato de trabajo, se pagar\u00e1n por d\u00eda u hora efectivamente trabajada, no por d\u00eda natural, ya que est\u00e1n vinculados al trabajo realizado ya sus condiciones especiales \u2013no son inherentes a la persona, sino que derivan del trabajo que se lleva a cabo\u2013, por lo que s\u00f3lo se reciben durante el tiempo durante el que se desarrolla la actividad. Por ejemplo, si un empleado s\u00f3lo trabaja una hora al d\u00eda manipulando una sustancia t\u00f3xica perjudicial para la salud, deber\u00eda recibir el plus de toxicidad a raz\u00f3n de esa
