facturaci\u00f3n o si han iniciado recientemente su actividad (durante los dos primeros per\u00edodos impositivos). Pero si no es su caso y debe tributar por este impuesto, revise peri\u00f3dicamente el importe que paga. Por ejemplo:<\/p><ul><li>En determinadas actividades, la cuota de este impuesto tiene en cuenta la potencia de los elementos el\u00e9ctricos o mec\u00e1nicos directamente afectos al proceso industrial. Pues bien, recuerde que la potencia de los elementos de reserva no se computa \u2013es decir, s\u00f3lo se utilizan en caso de aver\u00eda de la maquinaria principal\u2013,\u00a0<em>pero siempre que se hayan declarado como tales en la Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria<\/em>\u00a0(Hacienda no acepta una correcci\u00f3n\u00a0<em>a posteriori<\/em>).<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Otros elementos que afectan al importe a pagar \u2013por ejemplo, la superficie del local\u2013 pueden computarse parcialmente en funci\u00f3n de su naturaleza.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Tambi\u00e9n es necesario comunicar a Hacienda las fluctuaciones de los elementos fiscales que superen el 20%<\/li><\/ul><p>Estas normas hacen que valga la pena comprobar cada a\u00f1o el importe a
