class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Hacienda ha estado considerando que, cuando se adquiere una vivienda para ser utilizada tanto para fines privados como empresariales, se puede deducir el IVA soportado en su adquisici\u00f3n en proporci\u00f3n al uso empresarial (ya que es un bien de inversi\u00f3n). Sin embargo, en lo que se refiere al IVA soportado sobre los suministros (luz, agua, gas\u2026), considera que no se puede deducir nada (ya que no son bienes de inversi\u00f3n, sino gastos corrientes).<\/p><p>Pues bien, una reciente resoluci\u00f3n del TEAC considera que esto no es correcto y que el IVA de los suministros tambi\u00e9n es deducible en proporci\u00f3n al uso empresarial del inmueble:<\/p><ul><li>As\u00ed lo establece expresamente la Directiva del IVA comunitaria.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Y el derecho comunitario obliga a Hacienda a interpretar la normativa espa\u00f1ola de acuerdo con lo que disponen las directivas comunitarias.<\/li><\/ul><p>As\u00ed, si un empresario utiliza el 25% de la superficie de su vivienda para su actividad empresarial, se podr\u00e1 deducir el 25% del IVA soportado al adquirir el inmueble, as\u00ed como el 25% del IVA que soporte por los suministros de este inmueble.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
